Orders
  1. You can view all our products from the homepage at www.zatthelabel.com.
  2. Select your desired ZAT piece and click on “Add to Cart”. Once you've added all items, it's time to check out under “Cart”.
  3. Sign into your account or, if you haven’t created one, you can sign up and then proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your full name, email, contact phone number and detailed address and all required delivery details; then choose your payment method to complete your order.
If you wish to change, edit or cancel your order prior to dispatch, you can email our customer care team at care@zatthelabel.com
For deliveries, returns & exchanges, contact us at care@zatthelabel.com. Our customer care team will be available to help you from Sundays to Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Exchange & Returns
  • You can try the item while the courier is still outside. If you're not satisfied, simply return the item and pay the shipping fees. This is the only way to return an item for a refund.
  • Exchanges can be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please email us at care@zatthelabel.com with your order details. All exchanges will incur additional shipping fees.
